Liquid ingredient high in anthocyanins

MaquiNECTAR is a new ingredient to be added to drinks and juices.

100g of MaquiNECTAR contains 1,000 mg of high-value purple anthocyanins, a water-soluble pigment called delphinidins.

MaquiNECTAR is not a juice concentrate. It is a nectar with low sugar content and a high content of fiber.

Only 100% maqui is used in its production, without enzyme processes, filtering, heat, temperature shock, or synthetic additives to prolong its shelf life.

It only contains 68 cal/100g, compared with juice concentrates that contain between 250 and 300 cal/100g.

The maqui berry has the highest amount of delphinidin content in comparison to the other main superberries in the world.

Superberry drink formulas normally use juice concentrate, but this process alters the anthocyanin content.

MNLGroup has developed this new liquid ingredient with a high content of anthocyanins in comparison to the traditional juice concentrates on the market.

Harvested in Patagonia, located in the south of Chile

The maqui berry is an endemic variety which only grows in Patagonia. It is the smallest berry (3-4mm in diameter), but it has the highest amount of anthocyanins.
